Very clean and close to the airport. Accommodating host.

Late checkin could be problematic. We arrived late midnight due to a long flight delay. I communicated that would be the case and asked for check-in procedure and how to get the key. No reply back from host... that would have helped and avoided late call to figure out how to get in. In the end all was fine, but the late call from me could have been avoided with some simple reply.

Homely feeling... welcomed by the owner whom was down to earth, spent some time taking and sharing some history

Helpful staff, nice little room, walking distance to a couple of pubs for food, not far from bus stop to LHR

It was dirty and outdated. shower didn't work properly and soaked the floor and very small and no ventilation. Beds were hard. Traffic was loud and we could hear people talking word for word most the night. Didn't know how to sign in and ended up calling them twice standing in the pouring rain waiting for help.

That it was available....booking.com cancelled my choice 3hrs before arrival and offered this as suggestion

Was old, had to chase for a towel, staff complained about each other to me. Loud externally with cheap bed.

The price, SA host was very friendly and great location for me.

Mattress a wee bit hard.
