Four Points by Sheraton Boracay

The staff are very nice and accommodating

If there is a zero rating with regard to room amenities, no other hotel in the world beats this place. I expected much more from a Sheraton brand. This is pretty shameful! This place has no toiletries.Replacement of supplies like basics of toilet paper, soap, lotions , towels, bathroom mats are very scarce and have to be called in ! Toilet paper is never replenished- you have to go to reception or call in to housekeeping to bring in toilet paper which is the most basic item needed in a hotel room. Towels are minimal - you have to ask for it. When cleaning is done in the room, some items like even the floor towel mat is removed but not replaced. We also requested for bathrobes ( since this is a beach area) bathrobes were never sent to us. Housekeeping attendants mentioned that the hotel was very low on supplies which make no sense because this is the holiday season and it is expected that the inventory of supplies is adequate for the time period. This is a management issue and not the fault of housekeeping. I have never been to any hotel in the world ( I travel internationally 6 times a year) that beats the record of this hotel in terms of the lowest supply inventory.

Frühstück war ok aber nicht excellent, das müsste besser organisiert werden zumindest in der Hochsaison, aber das freundliche Personal hat vieles wieder wett gemacht Dem Hotel an sich würde ich 5 Sterne geben! Aber 1 Lift funktionierte nicht und in der Hochsaison wenn das Hotel voll ist, gibts oft Wartezeiten sonst alles perfekt

Bei Ankunft wurde 1 Sonnenschirm zum Mitnehmen zum Strand versprochen und als ich zum Strand ging gab’s keinen !! Am Strand gibt’s kein bisschen Schatten Auch andere Gäste klagten darüber Beim Swimmingpool gibt’s viel zu wenige Liegen !

L'hôtel est idéalement situé. 5min de la plage (le début nord de la plage). A cet endroit, la plage est plus grande et moins bondée. En poursuivant à droite, d'autres plages encore plus intimistes. Hotel situé à 5min de la route principale. A côté d'un mini centre commercial et environ 7min en TukTuk de D'mall. La chambre est spacieuse. Petit déjeuner est Ok. La piscine agréable meme s'il manque des transats. Le personnel agréable,gentil et aux petits soins

Le personnel est très accueillant, le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon et variés, les chambres sont très propre et non sonorisé, le sommeil est paisible et doux,mon mari s’y est super bien reposé et lui aussi a aimé le séjour ❤️

La télévision n’a pas beaucoup d’options, impossible de visionner ne serait-ce que YouTube

No island vibes, it feels like a business city hotel. Worst coffee ever and thats for 250 a cup. Despite the room being spacious, no wardrobe space. No balcony.
