Friendly staff especially jeyanne.

Breakfast was chaos. Too many guests and clearly the staff were overwhelmed. Food kept running out not refilled in good time. No steam or sauna. Terrible location. Near most places but one had to pass through a dingy area. Housekeeping was slow. I had to call for them to clean and they did not replace even the towels. My take is they were not prepared for this huge number of guests and had to put tables and chairs at the reception area which looked bad. Entertainment not good. There was a one man guitar every evening who was not particularly interesting.

The location was excellent, just a three-minute walk to Station 1 beach. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, though there is room for improvement. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom really needs hooks or a proper place to hang wet swimwear. Our room didn’t have a balcony, so there was nowhere to dry our clothes. At the time, only one elevator was working, which resulted in long waiting times. We were also disappointed with the in-house restaurant service. The food options were limited, with many items on the menu unavailable. The prices were high for the quality of food, and the waiting time was excessively long—almost an hour for a burger and pizza.- and our order was incorrect. Room service was just as slow, with food taking over an hour to arrive.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Buffet breakfast is limited. First time I booked in a hotel where my daughter gets free stay but not free breakfast. Hotel is a 3minute walk from the beach. Rough patch of road leading to hotel coming from the main road.

"Perfect stay"

I loved everything about this hotel literally 3 minutes walk away to the beach away from the crowd. Every end of station 1 it was perfect almost had the beach for myself hotel staff super friendly. The cleanest 10/10. Breakfast was rich everything was perfect.! The airline broke my luggage and they were so helpful to help me fix it. I am grateful for that.
