Modica for Family - Rooms and Apartments

Beautiful apartment. Lovely furnishings and kitchen facilities. Located in the centre of town. Easy to communicate with the owner.

I loved the furniture, facilities and the building. The building is a masterpiece. Location is also very good.

Awesome location in the heart of the city. There's a lot of restaurants, cafeterias and pasticcerias around the place. Finding a parking spot on the main street was not a problem. The apartment is nice and very clean, with all you need to feel like home. Helena is great host - the communication with her was nice and easy. She gave us a useful information about the city and some nice recomodations for a good restaurants.

Very central location and easy access to restaurants, bars and shops. Free parking area is about 5 minutes away so that was a bonus. The property is quite spacious, more than expected. Everything was clean and it was equipped with everything one may need. Helena was a great host!

The only downside to the property is that there is no lift access but the property is on the first floor and there isn’t too much stairs to get to it. Also, there is a few restaurants in the alley where the property is situated so it can get quite noisy with the loud sounds and the glass bins situated right next door, especially in the afternoon. However the noise stops at around midnight so we were still able to get a good night sleep. This is not something that is wrong with the property or the host but it is information useful to know.

Kids room a bit small, trash bins visible in the living room, no dishwasher

Flat is very modern, clean and nicly furnished. Great locatation.

There were not enough basic cooking items. As a cork screw, tin opener etc.

Perfect location in the middle of Modica centro, yet very quiet and feels secluded.
