Modica for Family - Rooms and Apartments

Location, close to everything. Street Parking available. Modern apartment

We were there for New Year's Eve and the celebrations were being held in the piazza opposite our apartment, so obviously, we were expecting some noise. However, the noise was unbearable! We couldn't sleep all night. Windows need double glazing ASAP as everything can be heard - garbage truck, people walking and talking, sounds from neighbouring restaurants, street works etc. Also the walls are super thin, we could hear everything from our neighbours. Also, it is not ideal for 3 couples as 2 single foldable beds are allocated in the kitchen/ living area next to the balcony adjacent to the main road, therefore it is even more difficult to get some sleep.

The apartment was very clean and with a wonderful location, in the center of town, where the city has no stairs, so going around with a child and a stroller was nice

Right in the centre of town, plenty of parking in the surrounding streets, host was very helpful with services, shops and restaurants close by, all walking distance, view of the piazza from the balcony

Clean, comfortable, centrally located, in a quiet alleyway just off one of the main streets. Friendly helpful contact person. The building has obviously been recently modernised and converted.

There was mocca pot type device for making coffee, but no kettle for boiling water for tea or infusions.

We loved the location, the layout, and the . cleanliness of the apartment. It was immaculate and contained everything we needed. We were given an efficient and warm welcome by Elena. We will definitely use these apartments again.

The appartments are extremely clean, very cosy and well-decorated with sunny terraces. Located just in the center of the city. The host is very kind, helpful and nice. We had a great experience there. Thanks!
