Nice hotel and convenient location to the beach. I will be honest I would have gave a 4 star but the staff in the restaurant are a step above the rest. Two ladies Pakpao And Nicha are so great and attentive. Due to them I never missed dinner once. These 2 alone provide better service than the whole of the morning staff honestly.

A new, trendy, and modern hotel. In addition to the main buildings with a large number of rooms, there are also very charming villas on the property. The design has echoes of Arabic style, which looks fantastic. The breakfasts are delicious. We dined at the hotel's restaurant once and enjoyed it as well. The location is convenient—situated between Surin Beach and Bang Tao. We highly recommend it!

Lovely clean property. Great staff, facilities and restaurants. A 10 minute walk from the main beaches. I would suggest hiring a scooter from one of the local hire shops to get around with ease, there is ample free parking at the hotel.

There was a stain on the bed pillow. On the second night they moved that pillow to the floor, instead of replacing it. There was a long hair stuck to the baseboard. The kitchenette had spaces for appliances, but the appliances were missing. There was no hot-tub near the pool, and the room did not have a tub. The hallways are cavernous and the walls thin. I heard the music from the hallway all the time. At night I heard the coughing from next doors. The check-out took 10 minutes. Not sure why. On the positive, the breakfast omelette was delicious. The room had a great view and the air conditioning was comfortable.

Newly built hotel but not kept in a good condition. Access to our room was to go through kids plays room, which smelled so bad that we had to held our breath to walk. We had to walk through the strairs, then took elevator to our room. Our plunge pool was very dirty though I paid for it I couldn’t use it. Language barrier hard to explain things to the receptionist. When we end the hotel front desk it smelled like weed. Food was very good, great selection of menus.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this five star resort. Though I went for pleasure, I had to do a fair amount of work in my room. The two air conditioners were much appreciated as well as the daily turnover service. The wi-fi was fast and Netflix never lagged. The rooms are quiet and the private balcony with pool allowed me frequent breaks. Room seevice menu is extensive and available until 10pm, so I was able to explore both local and western options. The cocktails are strong and delicious and the staff is great with customer service both in person and on the phone. There is also a Starbucks on the property and no need to leave the resort at all if you are looking for a chill and relaxed vacation. 10/10 would stay there again. (App will not allow me to add photos, but trust all photos uploaded by the resort are a great representation of the rooms and grounds.)

Staff did the bare minimum for you, only if you asked them to. Didn't receive hand towels or toilet paper on second day. The plunge pool that I paid extra for, on the balcony, was full of orange slime and green algae. The entrance corridor for my building was dark, ceiling covered in mould and pools of water everywhere. I had cockroaches in my room every night. Not a very relaxing experience, spent three nights there and couldn't wait to leave.
