Luca was very welcoming, nice, helpful, his responses were quick and very informative. He even recorded for me the check in instructions. He accommodated me with gluten free breakfast. Room was spacious, very clean, very clean bathroom, nice balcony for evening chill when it was less hot. There was also a small fridge in the room big closet. Kitchen had microwave, toaster, coffee machine with a very nice fresh coffee, fridge im the kitchen had shelf dedicated to each room. Again everything was clean. Luca welcome me in his place, was there every morning to ask if everything is fine, always open to help.

"Soggiorno ricorrente a Pescara per lavoro"

Come sempre una garanzia. Per chi ha necessità di frequentare il tribunale di Pescara è un punto di riferimento strategico e confortevole. Camere grandi, arredate di recente e con cura. Letto comodo e silenzio. Prossimità con ristoranti e supermercati. 6 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso principale del tribunale e circa 10 dalla stazione Pescara Tribunale.

L'unica cosa che posso osservare è che manca un porta asciugamani.

La struttura è molto bella e pulita. La posizione è buona. In bici per arrivare al centro Pecara e al lungomare è di circa 15 minuti.

La colazione industriale confezionata.

Privater, abgeschlossener Parkplatz inklusive. Ein ganz hervorragende bzw herausragendes !) Fischrestaurant fußläufig sowie nette Cafés auch für einen vorherigen Aperitif. Der Inhaber ist super nett und hilfsbereit, reservierte auch vorab für uns im Fischrestaurant.

Alles prima.
