struttura molto accogliente, ideale per viaggi di gruppo. E' un appartamento in cui vi sono 3 stanze, ciascuna con bagno proprio, ed un unico ambiente molto curato per la colazione, con cucina, macchina per caffe, teiera, ecc.. Asciugamani profumati (una rarità), bagno piccolo ma confortevole e pulito, letto comodo e parcheggio privato. Ci tornerò.

"Una certezza a Pescara"

Come sempre la struttura si conferma un perfetto e confortevole alloggio per chi ha necessità di rimanere in zona tribunale/università. Titolare sempre disponibile e premuroso. Stanze pulitissime e ben accessoriate. Area comune accogliente. La sensazione è quella di essere a casa.

Pur essendo molto esigente, non osservazioni negative. Forse qualche gruccia in più nell'armadio sarebbe utile.
