Bigfin beach resort

Отлично, просто замечательно. Хороший пляж, снорклинг. Отличная еда, очень понравилось. Номер выше всех похвал, очень продуманный и комфортный. Персонал замечательный.

Bigfin Beach Resort is a wonderful place to stay in Kota Belud, perfect for travelers looking for peace, nature, and a genuine local atmosphere. The resort is set right by the beach, offering stunning sea views, ideal for slowing down and enjoying Sabah’s natural beauty. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It is also a great choice for divers, with easy access to nearby dive sites and helpful assistance in arranging diving activities. We really enjoyed our fun dives with Jack, Jell and Roy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxed beach escape while enjoying the underwater world.

The meals were enjoyable; adding more variety could further improve the experience.

Beautiful setting. Beach in front and jungle behind. The only way to get there was by a quick boat ride. We loved the location. The staff were very friendly and the food delicious. Try the pancakes for breakfast.

It is hot at night with fans only. But this was no deal breaker and we highly recommend a stay anyway.

Las vistas

Wonderful postcard-ish place! Some of the staff was ut f the ordinary good: Our diverinstructor Jack was the best! Also Ray, on of the diveasters was a coo and fun guy! And the small-boat captain also a really good young man going out of his way to help us Great diving and great certificate teaching - Jack is the best!

- the welcome from the chef wasnt too warm and as newbie divers we missed an introduction to how this for us new divers world works - the plastic (not that there was a lot, but enough to notice) laying around on the beaches could easily have been taken care of. An idea: Place a big bin with a sign that says something like “find some plastic pick it up, the all day you’ll have good luck” to make guests become a part of the solution. And use an hour every two weeks to clean the small island too when you are at it:) - the dogs roaming around at night and the chefs biting dog, Rocky. It bit me and several other guests, but no one dares to complaint to the rather hostile chef - we had been promised karaoke and bonfire New Year’s Eve. We didn’t see any of that. It seemed like no one cared about that evening and we were the last to go to bed - at 22.30:/ - if I may, it sees like the cooperation between the head of the diving part and the chef/hospitality part isn’t exactly great. - the diver equipment could use an update

Симпатичное место, добраться можно только на лодке. Очень красивые закаты, вид замечательный. Это небольшие бунгало, без кондиционера, только вентилятор. Расположены на горе, нужно вверх идти по крутым дорожкам. Интернет работает в ресторане и немного на пляже. Ползают вараны, иногда прибегают обезьяны. В это место приезжаю экскурсии из Кота-Кинабалу из местных жителей. Даже для них это экзотическое место.

Однообразная еда.

Really relaxed vibe, great food, very friendly and helpful staff who will go out of their way to make your stay great. Beautiful garden with a lot of different spots to hang out and chill, and a nice communal area where you eat and can chat with other guests or play some of the games lying around. We had an absolutely fantastic stay.

No negatives for us.
