La ubicación, recepción 24 hrs, la habitación cómoda, el personal buena onda.

El desayuno no es nada del otro mundo. Si bien a nosotras no nos molestó ya que hacía mucho calor y el baño era agradable, sería oportuno avisar que no tienen agua caliente.

wo soll ich anfangen. Erstmal wurden wir bei der Buchung abgezockt. Am Anfang hieß es wir sollen 450k zahlen, dann meinte die Rezeptionistin über booking ist es günstiger. Also habe ich hier für 409k gebucht. Dann meinte sie aber ich habe die Buchung nur für eine Person gemacht und muss noch 200k Aufpreis zahlen. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und hat stark beißend nach Zitrus Reiniger gerochen. Ich habe mich die ganze Nacht übergeben. Als wir gefragt haben was das ist sagte man uns das ist normal. Wir haben mehrfach nachgefragt und dann wurde uns ein Ventilator gegeben der allerdings 3h bis 2 Uhr nachts lief aber immernoch ein starker Geruch da war. Das Frühstück war auch eine Frechheit. 1!!! Scheibe verbrannter Toast und 2 Eier ohne Salz und Pfeffer.

Staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were modern and tidy. Location was about a 5 min walk from Getsemaní. Not a social hostel but that’s not what we were after.

I have waited over two weeks for my refund. I was offered a windowless room with a closet for my two week stay. I was promised a full refund. I am still waiting.

Clean room, good location, good stay.

Staff are so friendly! They were very helpful with recommendations and took safety seriously. They always asked where we were headed out to to give us advice on best routes etc

Not a downside for me personally, but it was quite empty in terms of other guests. It is currently low season though!
