Lovely apartment nice view. Excellent for 4 people to stay. The only thing parking hard to find as it is main street

Great location in downtown Reykjavic, easy access to shops, restaurants and tour departure points. The kitchen is well equipped, beds very comfortable, and the apartment was warm. Good WIFI

Would have liked a bedside lamp, and the decor is a little dated - very brown!

I loved the location; we could walk to many restaurants and shopping. Convenient to catching a bus or taxi for out of town excursions. There is a lovely view of the city center on “Rainbow” street.

Location was perfect, central to everything and only a couple minutes walk to bus stop number 6 where we were picked up for our tours. Apartment was really good, spacious rooms, facilities in the apartment were great, everything that we needed was available and room was always kept lovely and warm. Communication from hosts was excellent.

I have just returned from the AVA apartments and I can honestly say this place made our stay in Reykjavík even more amazing! The apartment is in the best location! Right on rainbow street and near everything you need, it’s all within walking distance. The check in was faultless. The apartment is beautiful, very modern and clean. The facilities are brilliant. It’s a real home from home. The bed is so comfortable! I slept very well. The apartment was always lovely and warm, which after the cold temperatures outside was so nice to come back to. The added bonus of the balconies are fantastic, when we arrived the northern lights were very much out to play so we took some amazing photos from the balcony. The staff were on hand for any issues and messaged regular to see if we were having a nice time. I will be returning to Reykjavík and this is the only apartment I will ever be booking as it’s fantastic.

There were only two things we didn’t like about the apartment but they were very small things. The stairs are a bit much after a long day of exploring, it could do with a lift. Especially going up and down with luggage. The balcony doors could do with a more secure lock as when it’s windy they rattle a bit and did wake me up once. However, these are very small issues and certainly not put me off staying here again. It’s lovely!!
