The location was fantastic. All of our tours pick up point was #6 which is only a couple of minutes walk. The kitchen helped as food is VERY expensive. Totally recommend this place.

Like other posts have said, it may need some TLC, but that’s the only thing that needs improvement.

Very convenient (albeit too close to bars, so noisy at night). The beds were comfortable.

We rented two apartments here (at each end of our trip). The first (201) was tolerable although the bathroom is tiny, the shower curtain hangs a good 50cm off the floor and so everything gets wet when showering. The second (301) had a clogged shower drain on arrival (to be fair, someone showed up in 10 minutes to fix it), the bathroom door won't close properly because the door frame is swollen - it looks as though it has flooded more than a few times. Dishwasher didn't work. The curtain was falling down in one of the bedrooms (I climbed on a chair and sorted it out). And the alarm went off both days on our second visit. The price for these apartments must be driven by the location, not the apartment itself. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location was very good, just in the centre of the city. Apartment was spacious with comfortable beds and a large kitchen. Staff was attentive if needed. Pretty spacious for four people to be comfortable and cosy. Plenty of cutlery and kitchenware were available.

1) Bathroom floor was not cleaned - long black hairs were on the floor; 2) A window and another window’s pane were broken; 3) window sills were very moldy from the air and moisture; 4) The TV screen was broken a bit and also there were some cracks on the walls in the bathroom and living room.

The location is amazing. The apartment is comfortable.

Being in rainbow street and one the first level, it can get loud. Also when we checked in, the apartment smelt strongly of curry. Smelt like a full curry meal was recently prepared in this apartment that was not ventilated. We happens to like curry, but it’s a strong food smell that lingered for the whole time we stayed there. Even with the windows opened, the strong smell permeated every room. It felt like we were sleeping in a kitchen. We had a hard time sleeping. Also the fridge smelt bad. For what we paid, the pungent smell was a huge let down. It negatively affected our experience in the apartment for sure. We did complain to the manager but nothing was done.

We were not informed that there was no liftWe had to climb up 4 levels with 4 hard cases. My partner is 79. It was a real struggle. Shower water didn’t clear and water everywhere in the toilet after every shower. Everything was dated and did not feel fresh.

Location was very central but therefore you heard lots of street noise

Tired decor. Lots of chipped crockery Tiny bathroom with small shower and nowhere to put anything Blackout blind in bedroom broken and whilst there was some blackout curtains there was still quite a lot of light so remember eyeshades in summer. Dishwasher broke and despite 2 men from the team saying it was broken and us asking them and online for a plug so we could wash up in the sink we were told by the team if we wanted a plug so we could wash up in the sink to go and buy one from the convenience store as they didn’t have one! We had noise from the upstairs flat late at night and 4:45 in the morning which sounded like a washing machine going. The team did address it once but sadly to no avail so bring earplugs too.

The location was really great and the apartment modern.
