AVA Apartments by Heimaleiga

Two bed rooms with dining room and kitchen tools are well prepared. cleaing towels, kitchen tissue are more than expectation. Can view rainbow street and 哈爾格林姆教堂 Hallgrímskirkja. It is beautiful when shoot at evening. May be a bit noisy since near rainbow street and bars downstairs. No lifts and ensure not book the higher floor. I am quite satisfied with this apartment and only need to improve is no symbol indicator when I reach and only have an ATM machine on the front door.

Do not stay here, the pictures are misleading, the space is old; mold and rust are all over the walls. The bathroom absolutely disgusting, the heaters LOUD. The bedding insert was dirty! The whole place grossed us out, we didn’t want to touch anything!

The apartment is very comfortable, with excellent communication with the hosts and an easy key collection process. The apartment itself is clean and well organized, featuring a kitchen, living room, and dining area. It’s also centrally located, which made getting around very convenient.

The apartment was clean, warm and well appointed. The location was excellent. I was attending a conference at Harpa and the apartment was a very short walk (5-10 minutes) to the Harpa Centre. There was easy access to bars and restaurants in the area. A supermarket was 1-2 minutes walk away.

There was no lift access so if climbing stairs is a problem these apartments will not be suitable. I had no real concerns and was happy with my stay.
