KCS Luxury Apartment - Broad Street Birmingham

The apartment was immaculate and close to all the am entities.

My only disappointment was that there was not a spare toilet roll in the apartment and we ran out, luckily I had some tissues on me.

Well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. Good base to where I needed to be. Easy to find the building. Good communication with the host. Very responsive.

The lift was broken in the apartment building, which meant I had to find another one further away from my apartment. Tricky with suitcases.

The space and location very on point.

9-11 Oct that I was there there was a strong smell of smoke(cigarettes) in the house which just ruined the whole atmosphere. I suggest they figure out a way the air the place(i understand the windows dont open) but that really made my stay bad.

Reasonably spacious, comfortable bed and well eqipped kitchen. Bathroom clean and good shower.

Key collection from local shop keeper who did not know the appartments location. Instructions to use side door as entrance was not clear and no signage. Lift near our appartment broken meaning we had to walk full length of building to access another lift. Strong smell in entrance hallway that smelt like stale cigar smoke. This smell persisted for both days. Lounge settee uncomfortable and only other chairs were hard plastic dining chairs. Bed settee left made up in lounge which halved the size of the lounge. No air conditioning and no windows that opened. It was very warm with only 2 noisy fans to reduce the temperature.

The location and the parking are good. The parking space is close to the entrance. Internet speed was fair. Bed was very comfy.

The apartment stunk of stale cannabis smoke. There was not any hand wash in the kitchen or the bathroom. The spare sofa in the living room was made up as a bed - I suspect left there from the previous occupant. The fridge and freezer were off and took quite some time to cool down.

Property big a spacious. Easy instructions to check in and get the keys and check out. There’s loads of shops around and very accessible

The lift was out of service, which obviously wasn’t a big thing because it was just broken when we booked. As we were on the third floor walking up and down the stairs was long at times but you get used to it
