The Westin Houston Medical Center - Museum District

Stayed at the Westin Houston Medical Center and had a great experience. Clean building and room, front desk staff was very friendly. Stephanie helped with a speedy check in and also offered breakfast at the hotel due to this hotel not having a concierge lounge. Was informative of the places around and overall a pleasant experience. Second time staying here and will stay here again in the future

Absolutely everything. One of the best hotels in Houston that I have stayed at. Spotless clean, the staff is attentive, a luxury experience overall.

Our 30-night stay at The Westin was truly exceptional, and what made the experience unforgettable was, without a doubt, the incredible staff. Sometimes, people stay at a hotel not only for vacation or leisure, but while going through situations that can be emotionally or physically demanding. In those moments, having a team that genuinely cares and helps everything flow smoothly can make all the difference. That was exactly our experience here. We would especially like to thank Anthony Peralta and the entire Maintenance Team for being so attentive throughout our stay, always ensuring we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at ease. Their proactive attitude, follow-up, kindness, and genuine care were simply outstanding. They constantly went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth and pleasant as possible. A very special thank you as well to Jason and Emmanuel from the IT Department, who even handled special requests to ensure our internet experience was flawless. Their professionalism and willingness to go beyond what would normally be expected made a huge difference during our long stay. We also want to recognize the wonderful housekeeping team for their kindness and patience, as well as the restaurant staff, who consistently made us feel welcomed and cared for every day. You can have a beautiful building and newly renovated rooms, but without a great team, a hotel does not truly shine. In this case, it is the people who make this property exceptional. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who helped make a difficult period feel lighter through their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

There was an issue with the initial room I was given but Stephanie at the front desk fixed the issue. She promptly and quickly found a resolution and went above and beyond typical customer service to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you!

Great location, very nice property. The staff was beyond excellent and went above and beyond.

The hotel room was very clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable. The valet service is definitely worth the money! We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and our server Audrey was extremely attentive and was very nice to chat with.
