Stephanie made a lasting impression from the moment I checked in. As a Marriott Ambassador Elite, I’ve experienced a wide range of service levels, and hers truly stood out. She was professional, cheerful, and effortlessly personable, creating an experience that felt both polished and genuinely welcoming. What stood out most was her attention to detail. She consistently went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, even anticipating the small things. After noticing I was working from my room and that I enjoy tea, she made sure it was always well stocked. It was thoughtful without ever feeling overdone. Every time I passed by, she greeted me warmly and took a moment to connect in a way that felt authentic, not transactional. That kind of presence is rare. Stephanie delivered 10/10 service and elevated the entire stay. She is exactly the kind of person who defines exceptional hospitality.

From the time I arrived at valet parking, I was treated like a king and that continued through my entire five day stay in all areas of the hotel. The bed is otherworldly. I say this because I’ve never experienced such good sleep. Due to the length of my stay I had the opportunity to meet a housekeeper on my floor. She was kind enough to afford me with brief, but very pleasant conversations (every day) before returning to the job at hand. Her name is Fany. Should you be so fortunate to meet her, you will understand why I’m mentioning her. She works hard and does a wonderful job, but it’s her genuine kindness and pleasant demeanor that impressed me. Again, from Valet to Front Desk to Restaurant everyone treated me very well and made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

My experience was the most pleasurable and comfortable. I have had in a very long time when it comes to customer service. I will start with the exceptional and top class reservation service I received from Joy, she exemplifies what true customer service is. I travel all the time and I have never experienced such a warm welcome, and someone who was willing to help in a time when I have a lot going on, she made my stay for myself and my mother way beyond something that I have ever experienced her, and Netta would be the only reason outside of the great hotel that I would ever come back to stay. Joy is top of the class amazing.

What a wonderful experience me and my entire family had we were here for a medical diagnostics for my little three month old grandson. From the moment we got here, the customer service was exceptional. There are several people we would like to thank. Chris, the Food and Beverage Manager was outstanding to make sure the food and service was the best we have ever had. German, our waiter each morning was so kind and always had a smile and took great pride in his care for our family and each of our individual needs. David, the security manager helped us when we needed a baby bottle that was left behind in the room we needed it urgently for a procedure and he went straight up and picked it up and brought it to me at the hotel lobby. Also Joy in Customerservice took the call and relayed it to David and he was instantly on it and within minutes I had the bottle and back at the hospital. All of that was accomplished in 10 minutes there and back because of their great care. Also, I want to remember our amazing guest room attendant, Fany. Our rooms were spectacularly clean, and she always had a smile on her face, and you could tell she took great pride in her work. I’m so grateful that she was on our floor and I hope we always get to come back and be on her floor because she truly cares. Great job Fany. Thank you for going above and beyond. Chris ,Herman, David, Joy and Fany, You will always be in our hearts for exceptional care. Thank you, Westin for making it possible for us to be so close to the hospital and for allowing people like all of these beautiful people that helped us to be so amazing.

Stephanie was really nice and helpful when checking in. Found my room easily and it was very nice. Loved my stay.

Everything has been awesome! Garrick, Savior, Alex, Carlos, and the guy that left whose name I couldn’t get were all amazing! Each day being here! Their service alone is enough for me to book again! Also, the lady at the front desk who was working Sunday night was amazing as well!

It was a nice property overall

It was too noisy. I couldn’t sleep because they were ambulances and police sirens all night long.

A wonderful hotel. Stephanie was very helpful and friendly as we checked in for our first time in Houston. Love the location and the accomodations.
