Siesta Motel

Great unique and rustic place, spacious rooms. I was uncomfortable with how unsafely the microwave and fridge were rigged into a broken wall socket, in fact I had to move the microwave to a different area to use it. I liked the idea of combination locks on the hotel room doors.

This motel is just lacking. There was no coffee, one side for 2 beds, no ice.

Great little place to stay for a couple of days when traveling solo, lots of character!

To look at this place from the outside one would have their doubts about going any further but this is a lovely low price place to lay your head for a night or a week. The check in staf was friendly and super helpful, telling us about dining options which, by the way, she was spot on. The room was spacious enough, retro decorated very cute. The sheets were clean, the room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Being in a busy area, I thought it would disturb our sleep but it didn't. The bathroom was small but not so that you couldn't get done what you needed. The water pressure and temp were great. Only negative was the ac was working and then not. We were comfortable for the night but it needs repair. Would stay again.

It was clean . Very dated. Hard to control . heat/ac This particular room needed a black out shade leaking faucet no handicap accessibility . No ramp or curb access for walker. I asked for first floor which we did get but we had to climb 6 steps. Not fun with a walker for one person and a cane for the other. No coffee in room. Only one chair. Won’t stay there again. Did not fit our needs , but would be okay for someone not handicapped

It was a perfect stop for the night at a great price. They even allowed an early check in. There were plenty of dinner choices nearby also.

I wish there had been another side table or an ironing board. With 2 CPAP users it was helpful as we traveled for a month I started using iron boards in many places as a second table to keep machine off the floor.

Room was old but clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and informative.

Chair in room was broken down.
