Extended Stay America Suites - Redlands

The location was great for what I needed.

From the first hallway I walked down I was skeptical. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed or cleaned in sometime. Then I carried my bags up to the 4th floor because the elevator was under maintenance. I opened my room door and it didn’t smell clean. I walked into the bathroom and there was a dead roach in the toilet, and when I turned on the light another one crawled across the floor. The shower still had hair from the last guest, the mirror was dirty. I didn’t stay any longer. I picked up my things and walked back down the 4 flights of stairs and asked for a refund. The night desk attendant was very helpful and said that he understood and would start the refund immediately.

Location

Elevator broken, room dirty, bedding dirty, hand towels dirty and used, children’s rubber toy stuck to the ceiling. Dirty feet marks on the ceiling all over above bed.

Located very close to fwy access and to Loma Linda.

Major Police activity in hotel hallway across from our room. 4 police units on site. Bugs in the room. Car jacked up in parking with guest doing repair work. Loiter's always in the parking lot.

Several things were broken. i.e.Elevator, debris in the hallway. Peeling paint in the shower.

The location and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was not friendly, the elevator was broken so we had to walk 3 flights of stairs without being offered assistance of any kind, the whole hotel smelled like either cigarette or marijuana smoke, there were no amenities in the room, the furniture in the room was run down and torn, there was no coffee pot in the room and no breakfast in the lobby even though it was listed as an amenity.

Staff was friendly

Elevator was broken and my room was on the 4th floor and my spouse is completely disabled he had to basically cry and crawl up the stairs no accommodations were made the washer and dryers on site were way too expensive and my room wasn't even clean nor was the hallway.

Convenient , big refrigerator, comfy chair

Elevator was broken and we weren’t told of this when making our reservation. I use a cane and can’t do stairs without pain. If you turn out the lights you turn off power to the tv. When you turn the tv on the volume is on high. The tv stopped working 2x and nobody at the hotel can help. The transfer your call to a company that puts you on hold or doesn’t call back. I unplugged tv and box then turned on again and it worked. Someone knocked in our door to hand out something for Medicaid people which were not. Are people living here? Is that why there were no rooms on the first floor?
