The bed was comfortable

Most of the facility was dirty, people around were sketchy. It's a 4 story building but did not have a working elevator. Going up and down 4 flights with luggage was not ok.

It was welcoming staff in front was nice

When I turned on light cockroaches, sheets were stained had pubic hair under sheets bed cover, I always check beds I could not stay there tryed to cancel my stay but have not received any response are refund.

"Honestly who doesn't have a working elevator."

The price and the no deposit necessary.

I didn't like that there was no elevator working and we were on the fourth floor when my spouse was completely disabled and he could barely walk on his leg and it was so uncomfortable and so hard for him to get upstairs to the room and no accommodations were made for us and it was either take it or get your money back in 5 days.
