Booking with them was swift and easy, it was hassle free, beds a comfy and smells clean! Decent room size and it has air-conditioning which is very important for me specially here in baguio where most of the accommodation doesnt have air-conditioning. Also breakfast was decent as well

Place is along the highways its just hard to flag down a taxi most of my issues here is transportation

Hotel Tugos is a lovely place to stay....The room was comfortable and clean and sleep quality was excellent....Breakfast was very good and the location was also convenient-a short taxi ride to the centre of Baguio....The staff were friendly and in this regard I want to thank Camille,Marife,Salyanna and Billy...A lovely hotel and worth returning to.

The facilities are well maintained and it feels like an upscale hotel. Room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. While in terms of the location, quiet accessible to the city center. The surrounding area is not congested to most tourists.

I think they only need to improve on the food quality of their breakfast selections.
