Hotel Tugos

The place, staff and the room was very clean and the room space excellent.

The break fast should be improved.

Amenities are up to date like the elevator and switches at the room

It was clean and in a good location.

They put us in the six floor below the restaurant with a conference which disturbed our sleep from 0530 during the first night with delegates shouting loudly and furniture being moved above management failed to contact me till I made a second approach after 1700 and didn’t resolve the issue by changing rooms. The second night whilst better still had noise at 0520 and 0700. The beds are not suitable for two adults and the car parking is limited as on the first morning I had to move the car twice. Twice the hotel staff laughed in my face when I approached them about the issue.

The tv not work and the hot water not enough to take shower and bath room need maintenance

the breakfast is good and the location is nice and not too close to the busy area

The space, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff, the guard staff on duty is very helpful with our luggage and willing to hail taxi for us. All in all, it's a great place to stay.
