Toilet was leaking first day and running all weekend and they couldn’t switch us rooms. Near the pool was very humid. Lots of weird paint or spots around the room.

Staff at check-in were fast and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable

No window to look outside in my room and felt very uncomfortable not seeing outside felt wrong Bed were clean but lamps very dusty Pool water was nice and warm .. nice waterside If I ever stay here again I’ll ask for a window I can see outside Kinda confusing to find my room on the second level also tucked back in the hotel

Did not have a window to look outside … felt claustrophobic in the room … I was not happy and prob won’t stay here again if there is no windows

Disgusting Sewer Smell, Rude Staff, and Unsafe Conditions – Stay Away I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and was appalled by how management handled a serious sanitation issue. On my fourth night, a strong sewer smell started coming from the closet. Maintenance came and confirmed the smell was coming from a sewer pipe inside the closet which has an open ceiling — a completely unacceptable and unsanitary condition for any hotel room. When I contacted the front desk for help, I was met with rude and dismissive service, especially the front desk lady. Instead of resolving the issue, I was off to have a spray bottle to mask the odour. I asked to switch rooms and was told I’d have to pay an additional full night’s fee just to move. I even offered to leave and find another hotel, but they refused to waive the charge. Beyond that, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, the hallway carpets were stained and dirty, and there were always homeless people standing beside the hotel lobby door. The only good part of this hotel is the housekeeping lady. She is very nice and willing to help. This property clearly does not prioritize guest health, comfort, or basic decency. I will never return, and I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to stay far away.

No complimentary water

I would never stay here again. Rude staff right from check in. Urine caked all over my room toilet seat. Blood on my bed ( the staff member at the front desk told me house keeping was unavailable at this time and she didn’t know if she could get me a new blanket or not ) it took hours to find me a new blanket with no blood after me having to call back and remind her twice. No apology no nothing. Overall the room was very dirty and the front desk staff were rude. When we asked for a new room or refund due to the poor conditions of our room we were told no and no efforts were made to rectify the situation. They didn’t even ask me how my stay was when I checked out - likely because they knew it was terrible. Very disappointed in my stay while I was there.

the renovation special means you get a room on the highway side and the cars never stop!!!! The fire station is across the road and sirens were nonstop. The next night, we had an entire school of young female volleye ball players who were being girls but after 10 pm, we needed to complain as they were using our wall to play a game LOl In the morning, the front desk said sorry but because we booked with expedia, they would not help!!! It was a nice place but I remember why we stopped staying here.

Noisy HVAC, unfriendly staff.
