Great stay!

For the price we paid I’d expect a room that was less rundown. It was just tired. Upholstery was stained and faded. Carpet in hallway was dirty and stained. Our room faced the underpass so there was loud traffic noise. Only plus side was the very warm water in the pool.

I did not like looking at the pool I should ask about it next time

Redeemed one of our free nights we earned to stay at this hotel. The window in our room, 223, faced a hallway that seemed to be used by employees. When we turned off all the lights in our room to go to sleep there was a lot of light coming into the room from the lights that were on in that hallway. My husband and I are both sensitive to light when sleeping so I called down to the front desk and asked if the lights were able to be turned off for the night as it was letting a lot of light still into our room. The employee said yes they would come and turn them off. 45 minutes went by and the lights were still on, I called down again to inquire and a different employee answered. She told me they were working on getting them off and having a little trouble with Iy. She also told me that if I wanted to I could speak to the manager (who would be at work Tuesday, we were staying there Saturday night). I confirmed that they would be turned off at some point tonight and she assured me that they would be. The lights were NOT turned off at any point in the evening. Which really affected our sleep. So if you get put on floor 2, with a window looking into a weird hallway be prepared for the sun to shine around your curtain all night long and the hotel will not move you to a different room. They did not even offer it after stating they were having trouble getting them off.

The staff is very friendly couldn’t ask for better place to stay have everything you need and staff is best very pleasant and welcoming. Top notch

The pool area is really nice for small/young. Very clean. There wasn't much for signage for the pool in my opinion.

Very outdated .Hallway carpets were very dirty .
