USNice comforable place and close to family
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Shabby room, dirty kitchen (I had to wash down the sticky, filthy counter top), dirty floors, and no toilet paper. Marijuana smell in the hallway. We were only there for two nights, and I thought the hotel staff was going to get us into a different/cleaner better room for our second night (but that did not happen). I was traveling with my pregnant daughter and son-in-law and two small dogs (well behaved). I booked a two bedroom with a kitchen. When we arrived, I noticed the lack of towels and toilet paper and made a request. I also noticed the awful smell in the hallway and reported it immediately. I had to repeat my towel and toilet paper request several times that afternoon. I did finally get ONE roll of toilet paper and ONE extra towel. I requested to be moved, but did not hear back. We only had one day to visit the Garden of the Gods, so we were very busy the next day - I thought when we returned that we could move to a clean and less shabby room - but our request was not fulfilled, and no reason given. The awful smell in the hall way was getting us sick. We checked out as soon as we could and I again complained and suggested that the pricing of the room was very high for the shabbiness, dirtiness and the fact that I had to buy some toilet paper. I was only offered extra Marriott points. This is not very helpful, because after this experience, I do not think I will be staying at anymore Marriott hotels.
USAwesome! We had the pleasure of staying in Colorado Springs at this Marriot Resort for over a week. The suite...staff...breakfast...and amenities were exceptional. It was better than a home away from home. Convienent to plently of choices for food and attractions with a great view of Pikes Peak. Valerie, Sarah, Hayley, Aaron, Sandy, Cris, and Brandy to mention afew...THANK YOU for making us feel like family. Your aim to serve our needs was appreciated and achieved. We will miss you, but will definitely choose to return.
USConvenient and affordable
Nice stay
The pool was not open as stated and seemed apocalyptic, lots of noise from the next room, outdated slow TV’s, seriously uncomfortable bed. A nice staff that should find another place to work. Didn’t stay out whole stay.
