My personal experience was amazing ! 😍😍 I slept well and the bed was very comfortable ! I love the welcoming part Anastasia took good care of us (my family) she made sure we were well set in and she checked up on us to see if we have everything and we shouldn’t hesitate to go to the reception if needed ! She is simply amazing and has a great sense of humor 😍😍

Great location for us - near to London. Anastasia welcomed us very warmly and extended us the kindness of an upgrade when we requested a change of rooms. Very helpful staff, exceptionally clean, modern and very comfortable!

Stayed with a friend on a business trip, Has become much better than before with professional service all around. Great Facilities and gym staff are so genuinely loving, Dinner in the restaurant was 5 stars, along with the service from Mahayla who was delightful to speak with, Room was beautiful and cleaned to a high standard. Smooth and efficient check-in process, thanks the fine young gentleman Ish. Will return again for a nice relaxing evening.
