Staff were extremely helpful and friendly up on checkin/checkout. The room was lovely and the hotel was very clean and cute. Location was in a good place near City Hall. Was a walk to the liberty Bell and old historic area. Loved the voucher for a complimentary drink. Building felt very secure and safe.

Got little confused leaving and trying to locate a taxi however the valet ended up being called to help us.

"Three star hotel. Good location but terrible over all."

Great location and the guy in the reception Jamil was really friendly and tried to improve my stay.

I went there waiting for a five star hotel and they operate as three star. Dirty rooms not cleaned enough under stuff and under trained no Consierge nobody to take your luggage. Breakfast is operating with coupons and really basic.

The location was great .. within walking distance to notable sights and activities. Appreciated the architecture and character the hotel tried to preserve. Yet it had modern amenities to make stay comfortable. Housekeeping staff were wonderful.

The additional daily destination fee which I was not aware of prior to checking in.
