Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort

Beautiful resort with all needed amenities. We had upper floor ocean view room with balcony - well worth it. Can’t wait to return.

Incredible stay at such a beautiful and friendly resort! The pools were in a class of their own, the food was delicious, and the staff members were so kind and wonderful. Andy (I believe was his name) from Restaurante Lanterna was an incredible server, the waiters at Bar Ocho were so attentive and kind, and Javier and the other gentleman who remembered coffee orders from Casa del Café went above and beyond to enhance our experience. The staff that worked the excursion and transportation desk helped us tremendously with booking activities and solving an issue we were having. I got stung by a jellyfish in the ocean and the woman who worked the outdoor a activities desk by the lighthouse immediately came to my aid and stayed with us to ensure I got first aid (although it was a minor sting). Overall, some of the most friendly and accommodating staff we have ever encountered as well as a wonderful resort and stay! Highly highly recommend. (Apologies if I got some names wrong and for not quite remembering a few.)

Recently spent 3 glorious nights at Los Suenos Marriott and it was perfect!! Family of 4 with two adult sons ... had two breathtaking rooms with spectacular views of the bay. Between Relaxing in the pool and just taking in the sites we all had a blast. A couple of special mentions. At the Hacienda Kitchen breakfast, Cassandra is an artist when it comes to making a scrumptious omelette and even better at making everyone feel welcome. Jasmine, went the extra mile by bringing us some local treats that were divine. Gerald was fantastic when it came to service as we lounged around the glorious pool. His service was above and beyond, the drinks were tasty....I think we may have drained all of the mojito capacity for at least a week or so, and his advice on local sites to see was a an added bonus. We love the Marriott properties but always like to get local flavor and Gerald took care of us with some excellent recommendations. I also want to give a shout out to Henry at Bar Ocho. His service with the food and drinks was just perfect. On top of the stellar service he gave us an extra run down on multiple amenities available at the property exceeding our expectations. We also took the complimentary site seeing tour of the property and it was perfect. Saw some sloths and our guide and fellow traveler were a true joy. Lastly, there was a soccer match on property playing most days and we found out it was for employees (SWEET!) I have got to say that it is a true testament to an excellent management team when your employees speak so highly of the organization. It's great that employees get to enjoy this magical setting. Multiple Los Suenos employees spoke glowingly of working there and that was truly great to hear. Marriott, well done and glad to be a long time rewards member. What an exceptional 3 days and thank you for sharing your hospitality. Location is superb.... but most importantly your team is exceptional, so glad we got a chance to share some time with you all!
