The location

Room wasn't cleaned Underwear and rubbish left in room

Some staff was very nice and quick to help. Location very good.

Room very dusty bebind bedside units. No Fridge. No Hair Dryer No Slippers View from window was hotel roof top so no view.

Nice staff, good shower facilities and good value breakfast

No TV reported it but unable to fix , we were there for 2 nights. Slightly late for the room being available also.

We wanted a twin room but the only rooms they had with two beds were the family rooms which were fantastic .. we had two king size beds !!

Location was excellent and the staff were lovely

A bit tired in places and the parking is challenging, especially if you have driven a long way as we had.

Staff were friendly.

The room was very happy, stains on carpet, light not working, windows filthy, doors on drawers and cabinets didn't close properly. I'd expected a good quality stay for the price, and it was not good enough, at all. I was very disappointed. Also, no vegan breakfast options? Very poor in this day and age.

Great location and easy parking

Very noisy. My room looked straight over the junction between the Great Western Road and Byers Road. No sound insulation so noise kept me up most of the night. Cooked breakfast was cold. But room was clean, bed comfy and staff very pleasant.

The parking is a bit of a challenge and appears poorly organised. We were lucky to get what looked like the last space but it was hard to tell because the hotel spaces were not marked.

This is a fine place to stay right in the city so the location is good and there is free parking onsite either in the small lot outside the entrance or the garage across the street.

Though nicely decorated, rooms and bathroom were a little outdated and the staff was not the friendliest. Parking was confusing in the garage as we didn’t know where to go or if we had to mark our car somehow. Beware, our gps took us to the back of the property which is a long no-exit road. Had to go around to the other side.
