Location for the event we were attending

The staff unhelpful. Didn’t think the bathroom was particularly clean

Like the fact that it’s in the west end

This hotel is getting tired. Stains on the chairs , chips on the furniture, and outdated. We were originally put into room 117 which was a dark dingy room facing into the back of the hotel. I asked to be moved, the staff were accommodating and moved us to 128 which was a better room but the windows were very dirty.

Location. Staff all very nice. Relatively clean

Rooms were ok but needing a bit of update. Radiator was not working and room was cold. Poorly fitting secondary glazing. Was expensive for what we had

Excellent breakfast. Spacious modern room.

Very hard to get there with road construction blocking the route Google insisted on taking us.

Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was OK with reasonable selection including fresh fruit. The location was good for our needs.

The bathroom. The sink was badly chipped and cracked, The sink plug did not work and the sink was very slow to empty. The enamel was worn off the bath. The toilet did not flush correctly and ran all night. The toilet seat had a chip and was stained. Broken wall tile. Room had one window with secondary glazing, and one without. It was a 2nd floor room and was noisy. All reported to reception where the response was that it would be noted. Asked to book taxi for the next morning. Checked the next morning to discover they had no record of making a booking.
