"Needs a refresh and working hot water"

The hot water didn’t work so we had to have cold showers in the morning which was really unacceptable.

Location & hotel itself

No hot water for a shower. Staff should have put notes under everyone’s door to inform people there was an issue, as I messed about with knobs for 20mins to try & get hot water !!
