I was impressed to find the apartment not cleaned and infested with bugs, one even being trapped inside the tv!

"Full of bugs stay away, the host did nothing"

It was infested with bugs, no sign of cleaning before and the host didn't even refunded partially giving us just excuses and it is outrageous as the bugs are a hazard for our health and we could've changed locations if she gave us the money back but it was not possible apparently.
