Location is great.

What is not in the description is that these apartments are halfway in the basement, so when you open the windows you only see the parking cars and breathe in their smoke. Also there are cockroaches. A lot, every day 1-2 appeared. Corridor sometimes looked like a cockroaches cemetery. Kitchenware is very poor quality, greasy, pans non-usable.

It has everything you'll ever need.

Noisy refrigerator and I noticed two roaches in the bathroom but wasn't a big of an issue.

Good apartment with good location and inside is almost everything you will need, plus good communications with hosts.

Half-basement apartment.

Only that it’s -1 floor,but light is passing good
