It was a good location staff are friendly and respectfull place was clean and comfortable room was clean and comfortable

We went for breakfast several things were empty no fruit in bowl scramble eggs were cold no tomatoes no other eggs toaster didn't work To be honest they were filling things up but to late for us

"Great stay, would stay again."

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Polite, friendly and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean with air conditioning. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Location of hotel was handy for the nec....

On both of our days breakfast items needed topping up I had to ask for spoons and glasses for orange juice..seemed to be short staffed

All staff friendly and welcoming. Lovely modern hotel, spotlessly clean. Very good breakfast. Good location for NEC events. Comfortable room with good facilities and nice toiletries.

Pillows a bit hard for my personal liking .Air con quite noisy.

Comfortable and affordable hotel to stay at. Allocated an accessible room on the first floor which was suitable due to my disability.

Bed was a bit small - double, wished asked for a king size. Know for next time 😊
