The room was very run down , only one pillow on the bed bugs each , 1 towel in the hotel room , stains all over the carpet not great at all

I always enjoy coming to this hotel for networking events, and a huge part of that is the incredible staff. They are genuinely kind, attentive, and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Special shoutout to Mo, who is always looking after us with a smile, making sure we’re happy, and adding that extra friendly touch that makes all the difference. Hotel staff need more Mo’s in their world - truly outstanding!
