Good location and plenty of parking. Large well equipped rooms and quiet

Looks very tired. Room was very cold but there was an additional oil heater which sorted this out

Everything is repulsive - the smell, the stains on the carpet, the bathroom and toilet, hideous radiator, paper thin doors, grey toilet paper .. it makes me think of a hospital or worse, a care home

Doors were chipped and black shoe marks Bathroom too small cheap quality toilet paper Shower not too good and wash basin had a hairline crack. Window had black mould so not clean

A one night stay. First impressions rather worn along corridors. Our room, oh yeuch! Big stain on a soft chair, multiple stains on carpet. Further, mouldy windows, broken window latch, wind blowing through. And this is acceptable to a customer? Spoke to reception and got another room. Window d/g panel blown and mould around frames.

The food choice on the menu wasnt alot of choice. The bar and reception area restaurant was very cold

Rooms were filthy. Bedding stained, walls marked, lampshades stained, furniture broken. In huge disrepair. Not at all Hilton standard

The restaurant/ breakfast

Our room wasn’t very clean, we had mould on the curtains and the mugs were dirty I would have expected more from a Hilton hotel
