Very tired and stained room

Kvapas. Visame viešbutyje. Nuostabus kvapas. Taip pat kava fantastiško skonio. Pusryčių meniu tinkamas gal tik šiek tiek su tais virtais kiaušiniais persistengėte. Jie be lukšto bet su kietu tryniu. Be skonio.

Šiek tiek trūksta švaros kambariuose. Langai nevalyti. Užuolaidos nuplėšytos. Tačiau tikiu kad susitvakys. Tikrai per daug asmens duomenų reikalauja dėl nemokamo WiFi! Parkavimas mokamas ir negalima pamiršti sumokėti. Radiatorius naktį keliai stiprų triukšmą ir trukdo miegoti.

Location

It was very dated with poor facilities. Room service trays left over the place for days, that had been knocked off the tray and smelling, and rubbish left on the ground by the entrance, from split bags. The bathroom facilities were appalling, no pressure from the shower, dirty stains on the carpet. My room did not feel clean at all. Not value for money at nearly £400 for 3 nights. There was no alternative options for different dietary needs, paid for breakfast unable to eat much due to allergies. Would not recommend. No plugs in suitable places for a female.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We received a room upgrade, and even when we had some issues with parking, the team was incredibly supportive. Breakfast was delicious, everything was freshly cooked and overall delicious! The hotel, room, and pool were all very clean and well maintained. Thank you for making our first visit to Leicester so comfortable!

The bed was bad also pillows are not comfortable also the room there are no proper light in the room. Tv well but no use kids can’t watch anything The staff was not friendly not good explanation. No smile .

The room was immaculately clean, beds extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately there appeared to be an issue with the plumbing that became quite evident on the morning of our departure. I went to reception where Corina apologised, explained it was a brand new room and hoped our stay would have been without fault. She immediately offered a financial deduction in the overall price. Thank you for a lovely stay and hoping a contractor has managed to fix the issue.

I’ve been Hilton leciester loads of times before and booked through booking.com but this time the person at reception claimed he couldn’t find our room and made us wait while he served other customers even though I showed him the booking confirmation. He barely listened to me until my fiancé showed up and then he took us seriously
