It’s a bit run down, poor shower (have to climb into the bath to use it) worst of all the changed me For parking

The cleanliness and breakfast. I have travelled to Milton hotels quite often but this was the worst. I understand that the hotelnis closing next month but it's still accepting guests so needs to be cleared properly and breakfast should also be much more adequate to the standard. The rooms weren't cleaned properly either. They should either shut down now or make sure everything is to the standard expected from Hilton

Smelly bathroom due to shower curtains not clean and smell rotten and rank. Moulds around the windows and on curtains and no fridge

So we had booked though Wowcher, we rang the day before like we was advised to book things to be told we hadn't got a booking. Then to be put through to the hotel team saying we had 2 bookings (poor communication between internal staff) We get there was ment to be I'm a upgraded room, the room was terrible , bed felt like you was sleeping on the road which probably would of been more comfortable, there was a wooden bar on the wall which was not fastened to the wall properly. We reported that our door would not shut properly to main reception to be told I'll have maintenance look at it no time given or anything like that. Breakfast was dreadful, bacon tasted like you was eating cardboard, poached eggs with a yolk that was as hard as a golf ball, sausages well let's not go there, greek yoghurt was as hard as a brick, fruit was sour, there was no normal tea bags anywhere in the hotel we had to go buy them. We ended up checking out day earlier than we was ment to, got to the desk handed the key back to the manger we think, with no reasoning as to our check out just took the key and left no words nothing very poor staffing. To also be told you had to pay for parking with no priory indication is terrible. I would avoid this place massively, also to find out that it is shutting down after being brought out would explain alot
