Cleanliness needs to improve. Hair in the bathroom, vents are not cleaned and there was an empty hand wash bottle.

Pretty shocking for the price. On business, so despite not paying for the room myself, it was still sub standard for the price tag! Upon arrival, after a 5ish minute wait at reception, a girl greeted me with a ‘yep’ and then after checking in, my room key was pushed across the counter to me, without any eye contact, smile or general hospitality Room was massive, but sadly the bathroom was absolutely covered in mould (not just a smidge in the corners) and showergel etc empty. There was no base to my kettle in the room, meaning no ability to plug/boil the kettle Frankly Hilton, a very poor experience…I’m a regular hotel stayer, but when on business, will compromise for convenience/location… this however was pretty awful! Should do better at that price/brand!

The place had a stagnant smell as you walked into reception and the room was very dated, and the breakfast was overpriced and poor quality
