Hilton Leicester Hotel

The room size and having two queen bed.

The experience of staying at this Hilton was horrible; even the stay at Travelodge is better than this. I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there as the staff wasn't as helpful, considering that I was with kids, and the keys weren't working for the door. I had to make the trip twice to get it checked still didn't work. Only for the third time did the staff come with me, only to later change the room again. I had requested that an extra bed be provided, which wasn't provided. When asked for the sofa come bed to be set up then the staff told me that they didn't receive any request as such, and they didn't have any cleaning staff to set up the bed. However, they did come in to set themselves. In the bathroom, there wasn't any handwash, and the cleanliness of the hotel room wasn't at its best.

The room was absolutely disgusting from the minute we open the door a smell instantly hit us, it Had mould growing on the carpet, Human hair all over the bathroom floor. It was that bad we walked straight back out and stayed else where.

Staff friendly

Bath was blocked, dirty stains on bathroom door, running water noise, tv not working no satellite connection, shower water barely warm, room did not smell fresh, outdated rooms

The reception staff were polite and helpful. The beds were clean and very comfortable

Outdated shower which was cracked and difficult to regulate. All the supplied products were empty. Couldn’t blow dry hair as no plug socket anywhere near a mirror
