Staff where really welcoming and friendly The restaurant was closed but the opened up for us as there where 7 of us and not enough room at bar Rooms where large and very clean, clean fresh towels and bedding and toiletries on the wall to use. Plus hair dryer with a mirror near a plug

Easy parking/off loading, very friendly & efficient staff in reception & the bar/food areas and generally. We had a small dog with us & the staff & room were very pet friendly. The room was spacious & very comfortable. We had a bar meal in an area where the dog was allowed to be too and we had different meals. Each meal was really delicious and we would recommend the presentation, taste and quality. Again, the staff involved were very friendly. Pleasant grounds to walk about with our dog and suitable provision of dog bins too.

We stayed for 1 night and a lively large spider (leg spread about 2 cm) was in the bath on our arrival. We found 2 more that day on the bathroom floor and 1 the following morning - all in the bathroom. The largest fixed table beside the bed by design looked like it might have a drawer (but actually was not) but when I tried to pull it open my fingers came away with a sticky substance on them requiring vigorous washing off. Reported both spiders & stickiness on leaving and had 'appropriate' sympathetic responses from the reception staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton whilst celebrating my sister's 50th in their conference suite. The rooms were clean and the products in the shower were great quality. The staff were exceptional Andrea.V was particularly lovely at reception on check in and check out. At breakfast Marta ensured we had everything we needed and was a joy to engage with. I could go on because it's clear the whole staff are so passionate about providing a great experience.

It’s the second time to this hotel, lovely clean staff are really helpful and nice to talk to I would like to say that the lovely Martha met at breakfast is lovely so helpful and such a joy to talk to so helpful with my son Tanner really making it stress free for me 😊 and Ben on reception lovely happy guy nice and welcoming also I you guys are there next time! Had a great stay, the staff were amazingly accommodating. We had a great party and stay. Hannah and Ben were particularly helpful in the evening and morning as we had a huge group.
