"The Best Hotel in Northampton"

If you're staying in Northampton, book nowhere else but here. Great hotel and facilities but above all the staff are superb and always go above and beyond. Great services especially from Marta who really went the extra mile when my daughter and I arrived just on time for the end of breakfast and ensured we had more than enough by repeatedly checking in on us. Ben the manager was absolutely superb and personally attended our room to ensure the smart TV was good for us to watch movies on the apps, as we had some technical issues. Again was brilliant and went above and beyond. Thank you so much. And thank you also once again to Andrea and Vicky who were superb as always. I am a regular here for a reason and will continue to be. Could not recommend this place enough. Thank you.
