The staff were all lovely and all the facilities varied and good. It was excellent value for money.

The hotel room was clean and really big. The staff were all friendly. Kids packs which was a nice touch.

The swimming pool really wasn't nice. It was old and run down and dirty. Wouldn't have gone in- but promised the children.

The staff were very friendly and especially kind to children. The kids’ area in the restaurant was also very helpful and made our visit much more enjoyable. The facilities were clean, the food was delicious, and overall it was excellent value for money.

On Saturday morning, my child was reprimanded by a woman who was doing water walking exercises in the pool. It was disappointing, as the pool should be a shared space for everyone.

Our booking was for a standard double (with a walk-in shower), but as an IHG Member, we received a room upgrade that included bathrobes and slippers, plus two complimentary drinks from the bar. The reception team and bar staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The TV signal was very intermittent. When mentioned to the reception team upon departure, we were told that, unfortunately, this happens more often when the weather is very hot, but less often when the weather is cold.
