The location was convenient to a lot of restaurants, small shops and walking distance distance distance to Disneyland.

I did not like the fact that after three days, I was told that I had to move my family along with the three kids and two grandparents from this hotel to another hotel because they overbooked. The other hotels were not a great selection that they were telling me to pick from it’s one of their other timeshare locations.

We have stayed here 3 times while visiting Disneyland. Easy walking distance, good bus service, variety of room sizes, clean. Fun gsme room downstairs for parties, nice pool and hot tub, great barbecue facility on roof for parties. Only drawback, valet parking only at $20/day. But car is easily accessible when needed.

This RCI property has substantially improved since our last stay. Staff is more professional. The grounds and building look better. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Units are clean. Bring your own kitchen tools and spices and enjoy the lovely rooftop deck with barbecue grills.

Well we didn’t even get to stay at peacock suites because of Expedia. We were supposed informed our room wasn’t available an hour before check in. That left my family scrambling the night before Disneyland. We found another family that happened with and have come to the conclusion that we won’t use Expedia and I will spread that word as well.

We booked this property on Expedia 10 months in advance… on the day of check in we were on the train heading to the hotel, when 26 minutes AFTER checkin time they email me to tell me that they couldn’t honor my booking and they would work to secure a new booking at no extra cost… the number they provided to call and obtain this booking had a message that said due to maintenance their lines would be closed until 5am, THE NEXT DAY! The hotel agents couldn’t do anything for us either. Stranded in a train station for over 4 hours after a long day of travel, no food, FINALLY we reached someone at Expedia who booked us to another property entirely. We arrived at 10pm. Instead of enjoying a relaxing evening at the pool and heading to Disneyland the next day, we wasted it stressed out and hungry at the train station and canceled our day at Disney. I was not impressed at all with this hotel, and could not comprehend how they could give me this news AFTER checkin and not in advance so I could plan accordingly. They said they were fully booked and had no rooms. (Well yes, I booked one of those rooms 10 months prior, and one should have been ours!)

The game room next to the pool was nice. Staff was nice.

The location was not as close to Disney as I expected. Pay for parking at Disney. The shuttle is not reliable. The room was super small and uncomfortable. We were definitely crowded. It also felt very muggy in the room. The carpet and any items left on the floor felt wet. Also, if you book through booking.com, beware that it is a timeshare, and they will try and sell you on it. I thought I was booking a regular hotel room.

Well-run and comfortable. However, the ART bus service to and from Disney isn't reliable and doesn't have a timetable making it almost unusable. You can stand outside the hotel waiting for ages, and then be in the same situation at the Disney Transportation Centre late at night. The so-called timetable is irrelevant. There is a live map showing the whereabouts of the bus but that's also useless when the driver does things like park off the route to take a break. Another couple we stood with waiting for the bus told us they waited over an hour and were then told the drivers had been in a meeting.
