The staff was very helpful and nice

The valet only parking and having to pay for everyday of it it was not convenient to have to go to someone to get our car every time we wanted to leave.

Decent room size, helpful staff. Furniture was old and worn but functional still. Doable walk to disneyland but longer then we were hoping for.

This year has been very difficult for me. The stress has been overwhelming, and I just needed a break. I really enjoyed spending a week with my daughter and grandson just to get away from it all. I could not help but smile, just seeing and hearing welcoming and happy greetings from the staff. Amr was so patient with my shy grandson, and Elizabeth handled my crazy printing requests...always with a smile.

The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. Everyone here goes the extra mile to make sure families are happy. They have a nice common area with foosball, ping pong, a pool table, big screen tv. They all have an upper area with tables chairs and grills for relaxation…the pool is heated year around and there’s a little splash pad for toddlers… it’s Perfect place for a family vacation!

Room was a suite, always preferred. Check in involves a little sales pitch for time shares. Unneccesary valet required at $20 a night. City provided shuttle stop right in front.

It is a quiet and convenient area to stay! The staff is very friendly and nice. They give you a map of the area and even recommend different places to go see and visit. They have a lounge area to play pool, ping pong tables, and more! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Location is fantastic, literally 15 minute walk to the Harbour entrance of Disney. Blocks from 2 Starbucks, Jersey Mikes and all the stores/restaurants of Garden Walk. The room itself is moderate at best. The bathroom is quite nice, everything works as it should. The fridge in our room basically had two settings, frozen and moderately cold, nothing in between. The 2 queen beds were relatively comfortable but one had not been rotated in quite some time so the side where the TV is was sunk, we moved it ourselves and helped quite a bit. The worst part of this resort is the noise. The walls are paper thin and because many of the rooms have connecting doors it’s even worse. You can literally hear everything that happens next to you, in the halls and outside. The windows are not soundproof, our room was across the parking lot from the pool and we could hear almost word for word conversations that were happening there. Wyndham is also actively selling here so you get the “parking pass” scam which at this resort is a total farce because it’s mandatory valet parking. On that note the $20/night (plus tax which pushes it close to $25) isn’t the best thing of any resort. Seems these places have to get you somehow.
