Peacock Suites

Very disappointing experience. The reception staff were extremely rude and ignored all our questions. Our room wasn't ready until after 5:00 PM, which is unacceptable. Valet parking was also frustratingly slow — we waited over 45 minutes to get our car, even during a quiet period. Staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests. To make matters worse, the room was very dirty and not properly cleaned. Would not recommend.

Location

Everything staff valet, room very nice and big, quiet,water pressure, close to food. Best part 4 min bus ride to Disney and pick up right in front of hotel.

The room was a little small for six people. The pictures made it seem larger. The pool area is also small.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here: large room, easily walkable to Disneyland. After we checked in, though, we were pitched for a while on attending a 90-minute talk about Wyndham properties during our stay, in exchange for some minor perks. We did not love this! It was late, we weren't interested, and it's made us a bit skeptical of staying at other Wyndham properties down the line, in case that happens again.
