I'm a member of Bluegreen... and rci!!!! I should not have to pay for valet parking.. and should not be demanded to attend a whyndom meeting!!!!! The staff was very demanding

I recently stayed at this property and was extremely disappointed. The room was cramped, with an oversized, dark green sofa bed that made the already small space feel even more cluttered and unclean. It gave the room a dingy, neglected vibe. As a Wyndham member, I was surprised by the lack of expected amenities—no dishwasher or laundry facilities. The front desk staff, particularly Zeli, was unhelpful and seemed disengaged—as if she resented being there. To make things worse, the night manager refused to come out and address guest concerns, which is disappointing and unprofessional. Other than the location, which was convenient, there’s nothing positive I can say about my experience. This is, without a doubt, the worst Wyndham property I’ve stayed at. It makes me question whether the Wyndham brand is starting to decline.

The front desk made me feel very welcome when I checked in (thank you again, Amr!) and made it extra special for my babies. The room was a good size and had the bathroom connected to the bedroom with a door separating the living room/kitchen space (perfect for sleeping babies). The king-sized bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub. We walked the mile to and from Disneyland pushing our double stroller and it was a great place to stay.

Would've loved for there to be an on-site breakfast option. Even a little grab-and-go continental breakfast would be great for families with kids who don't want to waste time on a breakfast restaurant before going to Disneyland.

The convenience of the location cannot be beat. The Property is clean and well kept. It provided the space we needed for a family of five. What we didn't like is the fact that you have to walk outside of the building where you check in to access the elevators. What we didn't like is that there was no porter available to help us with our luggage so we had to load the trolley and push it up an incline into the garage to access the elevator. What I didn't like is having no choice regarding parking your vehicle; you must use their Valet service which, of course, has a fee. What we didn't like is that our room did not have a full kitchen. It had a sink, a microwave, and a mini fridge (no freezer). The other issue was the noise. From upstairs it sounded like everyone was wearing heavy boots while stomping, running, and jumping. Then there was the pipes in the wall. Every flush, every shower was heard from other rooms; upstairs as well as next door. What I personally didn't like is the fact that being so close to the parks you hear the fireworks at night and it sounds like a war taking place on the next street over: a lot of consecutive pops and booms. With that being said, the staff is great; helpful and very friendly. I found the neighborhood to be safe. There is a bus stop right at the driveway which would have been great if we didn't already have a vehicle. Even though this place has its shortcomings according to my specifications, I would stay here again knowing now what to expect.

Due to the mixed reviews, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when checking into Peacock Suites—but from the check-in process to check-out, my experience was fantastic! I had requested three rooms to be close together, and they delivered—everything was exactly as requested. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. A special shout-out to Javier, who was exceptional! He had such a great personality and went out of his way to help us—even on his day off. The location was perfect, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely recommend staying here!

Massive rooms with super comfy beds and great showers. Kitchen was good for organising breakfast and snacks. We loved the roof top BBQ facilities for easy dinner. Hot tip: Target and Walmart both close by and sells food and alcohol for easy self-catering. Easy walking distance to Disney, restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of free parking onsite if you drive.

Pool was so strong with smell of chlorine- too much even to walk past let alone swim. Lift super slow.

The hotel is really great convenient location very clean and very nice staff the cons They are very persistent on you joining their club for timeshare.
