Convenient for town access.car parking busy but able to park okay.

No cafeteria provided,some mugs chipped.Access to flat in a poor Condition,noisy extractor on wall for the pizza take away.Ground area needs cleaning and tidying.would be difficult for disabled to manage stairs.No smart tv.poor shower system in bathroom.

Location and living room was bigger than pictures show

The entrance could due to look more appealing, also power shower would be of massive benefit

Not much pressure in the shower.

Well equipped, clean , comfortable great location for visiting my Brother in his care home . Definitely stay again

Lack of central heating in very cold weather Very dark alley way , walking down on my own abit uncomfortable A light at the bottom of the metal stairs would be beneficial .

Very clean had everything for two people. Very close to centre of Oakham Lots of takeouts near by if you like that service

Very cold especially the kitchen which had no heating It was November. The bathroom needed a blind up at the window and on the glass door for privacy. There needed to be a sensor light at the bottom of the metal outside stairs for safety and security once we got the heating on it was much better.

The location was unpleasant - down an unkempt back alley, which was poorly lit. Breakfast not applicable. Tea and coffee making facilities poor, almost non existent.

On arrival, accommodation very, very cold, no heating on. No heater in kitchen or hallway. Old storage heaters not working. In bedroom and living room air conditioner/heater barely adequate and took a long time to heat the rooms. Modern heater in bathroom never reached beyond barely warm…no evident means of increasing the heat. We left after 2 nights, having paid for three.

This is a delightful apartment to launch your Oakham visit. Everything is a quick walk out the door. The apartment was quiet at night and very comfortable. Having the extra space made our visit terriffic.
