Good location, plenty of space, good air-conditioning on a very hot weekend, so most welcome. Very close to the centre of the town, handy for the railway station if needed.

The entrance to the property is a little strange. Other than that everything was fine.

Clean, comfortable, well furnished, modern. Nice white linen.

Not quite enough cutlery or crockery to be able to use the dishwasher efficiently.

Located at one end of the main street it is very convenient for all of Oakham’s attractions. it is very spacious and had everything we needed. There is off road parking, not specifically allocated, but there was always a space for us. There are two air conditioners in the property. Much appreciated , as the flat was cool in the heatwave.

The approach up an exterior metal staircase is not attractive , but once inside that is forgotten.

Didn’t understand the storage heaters. They were always cold

V. comfortable and spotlessly clean. Decor was attractive and the host gave good instructions and was very helpful with any queries. The location was very good for exploring Oakham and the area. We would stay here again.

We were surprised there was no teapot nor any kind of jug in the kitchen. Happy to have a dishwasher, but if that is to be used efficiently then a bit more crockery and cutlery is needed . Some smaller plates would have been useful.

The shower. Water pressure was inadequate.
