Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Lithia Springs

The price was decent

My reservation that I was doing the same way since Dec 15 -19th extended it daily randomly wasn’t able to be found and I had to pack and leave after showing proof and receipts and a confirmation number and payment. Did not like that at all. Had to find another hotel last min.

The staff

No issues

My room smelled like dog pee and shit and the floor the whole room scratch up I was told that was the last room but that was my 1st time and I didn’t want to make it my last I just think yall should do better with the room cause the hotel is nice over all

The chair it self had candy stuck in it the sofa looked a hot mess scratches all over it the floor ass well black and stink very bad

location was good .

Everything else . My husband got bit by something in our room twice . Once on the arm and a few days later once on his ankle . Kitchen sink was leaking and had mold growing under it . Bath tub drained so slow u might as well take a bath. Dust and spider webs in every single corner of the room. Hair and dirt under the beds and bathroom sink. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke and mildew when we first checked in. People always outside smoking . Dogs barking all types of hours of the night. Air conditioner unit only works for a/c , heat was broken . Breakfast was NOT at 6am it was at whatever time someone got there to put it out .
