Dice que tiene desayuno y no hay prácticamente nada ,aparte se me quedaron mis AirPods Pro y hablé a recepción para ver si los podía recuperar y dijeron que no tenían nada y la última vez que vi la ubicación estaban allí

Staff and stay was exceptional

Something in the room bit my husband twice. Smokers outside all hours of the day, dogs barking, kids yelling, breakfast always late, housekeeping was decent but front desk staff was very unprofessional except for the bald guy

The staff was nice and the room was spacious.

The floors are very thin so you can literally hear everything going on if you stay in a room that's on the first and second floor. The TV wouldn't turn on so we asked to have batteries brought up to see if that was the issue first but no we got sent on a runaround to call TV support when we initially just asked to receive new batteries. Come to find out that was all we needed were to replace the batteries. The "breakfast" was a grab and go breakfast. Like a fruit and yogurt cup. The microwave wasn't clean and the smell of the second floor and room wasn't that great.

There were little black bugs crawling on the wall and stuff… I don’t think they were fleas but they were as small..

I needed to rest because I had a concert that day but the floor, bed, bed sheets and even the towels were dirty. It was so bad that I had to book a different hotel and so I checked out 2 hours after I checked in. There was nobody at the front so I just left the card on the desk

Was not clean. Bad receptionist People cooking with the door open, afraid the place to set on fire.
